Wow!! So helpful when someone tells you so specifically what to eat! Makes my busy life so much easier!! My favorite part is that this app tells how many calories you get from the meals in the day

This app is truly great, it gives you reminders of when to eat and simply the planning is so helpful I know its helped me as I have lost weight with the help of this app unfortunately a lot of diets arent unlocked even after upgrading to pro (I really wanted the "super flat belly" diet)

I love this App! I hate coming up with my meal ideas. I just end up having a piece of rolled up luncheon meat and cheating later by ordering out! I have totally enjoyed this apps meal suggestions and reminders. Give it a try. Youll love it too.

Very easy to use and even has diet plans

Im trying to use the app but to access the meal plans are $9.99...Im looking for the free one so I can see how it works.

Want my money back I dont care it its only 99 cents thought it would be more interesting and this only gives the same as the free one have to buy the diet that I want I see no advantage on the one thats free and the one that 99 cents waste of time and money.

This app provides great diet suggestions based on your goals and does an excellent job of presenting each meal at the right time. I would love to see this app improve its interface and be able to record what I actually eat, and give me a running summary. It would also be useful to share data with other tools and Apps.

App is awesome, extremely easy to use, and they offer tons of diet plans that fit different lifestyles. My favorite feature is the actual shopping list that goes with every diet plan. Im going into the marines and have to loose 25 pounds and this has been a great helping hand.

Really nice app very helpful it has helped me control myself from eating too much I recommend it for everyone looking to loose weight.I have to unlock the flat belly next.

Get the free version- this app is stupid because its the same as the free one.the only difference is this one costs money!!
